ON THE PASSION AND PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS
St. Bernard of Clairvaux said: "that God enters into a soul according to the dispositions He finds there."
It is important then, to prepare one's soul for the graces, which may be obtained from daily meditation on the Passion and the Precious Blood.
"The work of meditation may be compared to that of a gardener. The heart is a spiritual garden and meditation is as its well; the flowers to be watered are the virtues; the lights and graces are the water, and the means of drawing this water are the operations of the three faculties of the soul, which are the intellect, the memory and the will."
You will find a brief weekly meditation on the Passion and the Precious Blood of Our Lord gleaned from the writings of our founders.
It is our hope and prayer that these profound teachings will enrich your spiriutal life and place you squarely on the path of perfection.
